I just wanted to let you know of the wonderful service your driver provided to my mum and dad on Friday, It made things much easier for mum as she has trouble coping with dad’s disability, they left behind the medication bag in the taxi and about 20 minutes later the driver arrived back at home, they hadn’t realised it was missing. Please pass on my appreciation to the driver David.
